Coatings offered include Internal and External Corrosion Coatings, Concrete Weight Coatings, and Deep-water and Insulation Coatings. Wasco Energy operates permanent coating facilities in Malaysia, Nigeria, Saudi-Arabia, China and Taiwan. Also, depending on the project requirements, mobile facilities can be set up to service specific projects. Contracts for supply of coating lines where we designed, manufactured, delivered, installed and commissioned all equipment, after the receipt of the final acceptance protocol TKPS then entered into management contracts to manage and operate the complete lines.

These services are offered in many forms, however the most common way when delivering a complete management system is as follow;
Production Operations
A Unit M2 rate is agreed for the production and delivery of accepted coated pipes by M2/Hour, including complete management, personal, maintenance of the plant and equipment including wear and spare parts, testing and reporting, along with a material consumption by units per M2.
The above unit rate will also cover any warranty and or guarantees agreed for the coating system and or applied product in accordance with coating procedures and specifications, in accordance with the material supplier’s warranties.
Any rejects, repairs and or recoating of pipes shall fall within the unit rate at no extra cost to the client.
Material Supply
Materials are supplied by unit rate per M2; this includes any import taxes, and or fees, delivery to site. (Unit rates for materials may be subject to an escalation agreement subject to material type)
Delivery Additionally with the materials supply we take on all liabilities with regard to product and are responsible for any and all delivery schedules to maintain the production output.
Our use of the latest technologies in the design and fabrication of coating equipment means that we can offer our Clients turn-key solutions on new coating sites. Alternatively our team of experts can assess existing Client coating facilities and propose operational improvements. In addition we can also offer to take over management control of existing coating operations to provide improved returns on investment for our Clients.
