ITZ – Coating Conveyor and Buggies

Design, supply, installation and commissioning for the upgrading of the ITZ pipe coating plant conforming to the requirements of the Russian Gost-R standards. The upgrade included the supply of coating line process line conveyors system to allow for the external cleaning and 3 layer coating of pipes up to 56" OD having a nominal length of 18 metres.

The upgrade allowed for improved reliable production output, superior quality control, minimal production downtime, reduced maintenance requirements and substantial material savings.
