British Steel Ramco - External Blasting Unit

Upgrading of the existing pipe coating plant:

Supply, installation and commissioning of a complete external in line blasting system. The system included an abrasive blasting unit suitable for pipe diameters from 10” up to 60”.  A 96 CFS Air wash separator and a 1 x 18,000m3/hour dust collector system.

Supply, installation and commissioning of Internal blasting boom together with Blasting heads 16"/18"-22"/24"-32" and one Roller Ring Assembly with adapters from 16" to 32".
