British Steel Ramco - Coating Plant Upgrade

Supply, installation and commissioning of equipment items in the existing coating plant for the processing of deep water technology pipe coatings.

Supply one only Base Table Assembly for supporting 1 x 180mm x 36D extruder, and 1 x 100mm x 30 D extruder.

Upgrade the existing 160mm x 32 D extruder to a 180mm x 36D (Output HDPE 1700kg/hr).

Supply One Complete Drying System to use with the upgraded 180mm x 36D extruder.

A set of end peeling and end cleaning machines complete with pipe rotation units suitable for both end peeling and end cleaning shall be mounted onto tracks at the outgoing area.

End Peeling / End Cleaning / extraction system.

One blastboom from 16" to 32" was installed including a Blasthead 16", Blasthead 18"-22" and a Blasthead 24"-32" and a Rollerring 16"-32".
