PPSC Industries - Coating Conveyor Line

Supply, installation and commissioning of Coating Conveyor and Rotation Units. The newly designed conveyor was a fully automated system for setting the conveyor pitch settings and pipe diameter sizes. The electrical system for the coating line conveyors allowed for a complete PLC management system, each moving component, both angle adjustment or pipe diameter adjustment being measured by positioning transducers.
